Parkside North Construction Update: Residents Moving In
Framing work is nearly complete for all buildings at Parkside North. Residents are already being welcomed into their new homes and it's wonderful to see neighbors settling in and the community beginning to grow. Targeting full completion Summer 2026.

$22.5M Retrofit Project Nears Completion
HomeEd's landmark energy retrofit project across 16 properties and nearly 1,100 units is targeting completion, delivering greener homes at no added cost to residents.
Early 2026
Ogilvie Ridge Construction Begins
Construction has officially started on our 70-unit family townhome development at 909 Ogilvie Boulevard. 50% of units will be available at below-market rent.
2025
Miller Ridge Deep Energy Retrofit Underway
Work is underway at Miller Ridge Apartments targeting a 70% reduction in energy consumption and 80% reduction in GHG emissions, supported by CMHC's Canada Greener Affordable Housing Program.
2024
HomeEd Selected for Lymburn Development
HomeEd's proposal was selected by the City of Edmonton for the development of a surplus school site at 7204-184 Street NW in the Lymburn neighbourhood. 22 stacked townhome clusters planned.
