Project Background

Ogilvie Ridge Project Background

In early 2022, the City of Edmonton issued a competitive property listing for the sale of a 2.0-acre land parcel at 909 Ogilvie Boulevard. This listing was part of the City of Edmonton Building Housing Choices program, encouraging the development of surplus school lands.

Through this process, HomeEd was selected, and construction of an innovative new townhome development is now underway, drawing inspiration from welcoming, family-friendly homes that fit seamlessly into the existing community. Our Ogilvie Ridge townhomes will help to foster a strong sense of community and provide residents with safe, comfortable homes.

"It is rare to have an opportunity to develop a milestone project in such an engaged and established community. We are looking forward to joining this beautiful neighbourhood, and welcoming with us many new families who will also be able to call it home."
— Jonathan Lay, VP of Projects, HomeEd
