In 2021, Canada Lands Company, the developer of the Griesbach Neighbourhood, selected HomeEd to move forward with a family-oriented townhome development under the Federal Lands Initiative.

HomeEd has risen to that challenge.

Construction Updates

The Griesbach community continues to take shape

We’re excited to share a progress update as the Griesbach community continues to take shape, with constructions targeting completion in late Fall 2026.

Framing work is complete for all buildings. All concrete work for the project has now been completed and teams are actively working on interior and exterior finishes. Cladding work is ongoing for all buildings. Exterior sidewalks, earthworks, and excavation activities are planned to begin in late Summer 2026, helping connect buildings and outdoor spaces as the neighborhood continues to come together.

Residents are already being welcomed into their new homes at Parkside North and it’s wonderful to see neighbors settling in and the community beginning to grow.
